Human ANTXR1 (Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1) ELISA Kit
Human ANTXR1 (Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1) ELISA Kit
The Human (ANTXR1) Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1 ELISA Kit measures Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human ANTXR1 antibody. ANTXR1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human ANTXR1 Antibody is added and binds to ANTXR1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ANTXR1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human ANTXR1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Plays a role in cell attachment and migration. Interacts with extracellular matrix proteins and with the actin cytoskeleton. Mediates adhesion of cells to type 1 collagen and gelatin, reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and promotes cell spreading. Plays a role in the angiogenic response of cultured umbilical vein endothelial cells. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
