The Bovine (TRAF6) Tnf Receptor-associated Factor 6 ELISA Kit measures Tnf Receptor-Associated Factor 6 in Bovine samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Bovine TRAF6 antibody. TRAF6 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Bovine TRAF6 Antibody is added and binds to TRAF6 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TRAF6 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Bovine TRAF6. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

E3 ubiquitin ligase that, together with UBE2N and UBE2V1, mediates the synthesis of 'Lys-63'-linked-polyubiquitin chains conjugated to proteins, such as IKBKG, IRAK1, AKT1 and AKT2. Represses c-Myb-mediated transactivation, in B-lymphocytes. Adapter protein that seems to play a role in signal transduction initiated via TNF receptor, IL-1 receptor and IL-17 receptor. Regulates osteoclast differentiation by mediating the activation of adapter protein complex 1 (AP-1) and NF-kappa-B, in response to RANK-L stimulation.
