The Canine anti- (Chicken Ovomucoid) IgE Elisa kit measures OVM-IgE in Canine Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit was based on capture enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti Canine IgE Antibody was pre-coated onto the 96-well plate. The HRP conjugated antigen was used as the detection antigen. The standards and pilot samples were added to the wells subsequently. After incubation, unbound conjugates were removed by wash buffer. Then, HRP detection antigen was added to bind with OVM-IgE conjugated on Anti Canine IgE Antibody. After washing, TMB substrates were added to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction.
