Human CHST10 (Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 10) ELISA Kit
Human CHST10 (Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 10) ELISA Kit
The Human (CHST10) Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 10 ELISA Kit measures Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 10 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human CHST10 antibody. CHST10 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human CHST10 Antibody is added and binds to CHST10 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CHST10 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human CHST10. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Carbohydrate sulfotransferase 10 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CHST10 gene. Cell surface carbohydrates modulate a variety of cellular functions and are typically synthesized in a stepwise manner. HNK1ST plays a role in the biosynthesis of HNK1 (see MIM 151290), a neuronally expressed carbohydrate that contains a sulfoglucuronyl residue. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
