Human DNAJC12 (Dnaj Homolog Subfamily C Member 12) ELISA Kit
Human DNAJC12 (Dnaj Homolog Subfamily C Member 12) ELISA Kit
The Human (DNAJC12) Dnaj Homolog Subfamily C Member 12 ELISA Kit measures DnaJ homolog subfamily C member 12 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human DNAJC12 antibody. DNAJC12 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human DNAJC12 Antibody is added and binds to DNAJC12 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated DNAJC12 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human DNAJC12. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C12 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNAJC12 gene. This gene encodes a member of a subclass of the HSP40/DnaJ protein family. Members of this family of proteins are associated with complex assembly, protein folding, and export. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
