Human GLIPR1 (Glioma Pathogenesis-related Protein 1) ELISA Kit
Human GLIPR1 (Glioma Pathogenesis-related Protein 1) ELISA Kit
The Human (GLIPR1) Glioma Pathogenesis-related Protein 1 ELISA Kit measures Glioma pathogenesis-related protein 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human GLIPR1 antibody. GLIPR1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human GLIPR1 Antibody is added and binds to GLIPR1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GLIPR1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human GLIPR1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Glioma pathogenesis-related protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GLIPR1 gene. This gene encodes a protein with similarity to both the pathogenesis-related protein (PR) superfamily and the cysteine-rich secretory protein (CRISP) family. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
