Human SIL-17R (Soluble Interleukin-17 Receptor) ELISA Kit
Human SIL-17R (Soluble Interleukin-17 Receptor) ELISA Kit
The Human (SIL-17R) Soluble Interleukin-17 Receptor ELISA Kit measures Soluble Interleukin-17 Receptor in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human IL17RD antibody. IL17RD present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human IL17RD Antibody is added and binds to IL17RD in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL17RD antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human IL17RD. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Feedback inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor mediated Ras-MAPK signaling and ERK activation (PubMed: 12958313, PubMed: 12807873). Regulates the nuclear ERK signaling pathway by spatially blocking nuclear translocation of activated ERK without inhibiting cytoplasmic phosphorylation of ERK (PubMed: 15239952). Mediates JNK activation and may be involved in apoptosis (By similarity). May inhibit FGF-induced FGFR1 tyrosine phosphorylation (By similarity). Might have a role in the early stages of fate specification of GnRH-secreting neurons (By similarity). Inhibits TGFB-induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition in lens epithelial cells (By similarity). Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
