Mouse ANXA3 (Annexin A3) ELISA Kit
Mouse ANXA3 (Annexin A3) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (ANXA3) Annexin A3 ELISA Kit measures Annexin A3 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse ANXA3 antibody. ANXA3 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse ANXA3 Antibody is added and binds to ANXA3 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ANXA3 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse ANXA3. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Annexin A3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ANXA3 gene. It is abnormally expressed in fetuses of both IVF and ICSI, which may contribute to the increase risk of birth defects in these ART. This gene encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions in the inhibition of phospholipase A2 and cleavage of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. This protein may also play a role in anti-coagulation.
