Mouse CD11B (Integrin Alpha-M) ELISA Kit
Mouse CD11B (Integrin Alpha-M) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (CD11B) Integrin Alpha-M ELISA Kit measures Integrin alpha-M in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse ITGAM antibody. Itgam present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse ITGAM Antibody is added and binds to ITGAM in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ITGAM antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse ITGAM. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Integrin alpha M (ITGAM) is one protein subunit that forms heterodimeric integrin alpha-M beta-2 (αMBeta2) molecule, also known as macrophage-1 antigen (Mac-1) or complement receptor 3 (CR3). ITGAM is also known as CR3A, and cluster of differentiation molecule 11B (CD11B). The second chain of αMBeta2 is the common integrin Beta2 subunit known as CD18, and integrin αMBeta2 thus belongs to the Beta2 subfamily (or leukocyte) integrins. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
