Mouse ERBB3 (Receptor Tyrosine-protein Kinase ERBB-3) ELISA Kit

Mouse ERBB3 (Receptor Tyrosine-protein Kinase ERBB-3) ELISA Kit

The Mouse (ERBB3) Receptor Tyrosine-protein Kinase ERBB-3 ELISA Kit measures Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-3 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse ERBB3 antibody. ERBB3 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse ERBB3 Antibody is added and binds to ERBB3 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ERBB3 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse ERBB3. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background Tyrosine-protein kinase that plays an essential role as cell surface receptor for neuregulins. Binds to neuregulin-1 (NRG1) and is activated by it; ligand-binding increases phosphorylation on tyrosine residues and promotes its association with the p85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase. May also be activated by CSPG5. Involved in the regulation of myeloid cell differentiation. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
