Mouse HYAL2 (Hyaluronidase-2) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (HYAL2) Hyaluronidase-2 ELISA Kit measures Hyaluronidase-2 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse HYAL2 antibody. HYAL2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse HYAL2 Antibody is added and binds to HYAL2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated HYAL2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse HYAL2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Hydrolyzes high molecular weight hyaluronic acid to produce an intermediate-sized product which is further hydrolyzed by sperm hyaluronidase to give small oligosaccharides.
