Mouse IL12RB2 (Interleukin-12 Receptor Subunit Beta-2) ELISA Kit

Mouse IL12RB2 (Interleukin-12 Receptor Subunit Beta-2) ELISA Kit

The Mouse (IL12RB2) Interleukin-12 Receptor Subunit Beta-2 ELISA Kit measures Interleukin-12 Receptor Subunit Beta-2 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse IL12RB2 antibody. IL12RB2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse IL12RB2 Antibody is added and binds to IL12RB2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL12RB2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse IL12RB2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background Receptor for interleukin-12. This subunit is the signaling component coupling to the JAK2/STAT4 pathway. Promotes the proliferation of T-cells as well as NK cells. Induces the promotion of T-cells towards the Th1 phenotype by strongly enhancing IFN-gamma production. Can also activate STAT3. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
