Mouse IL27RA (Interleukin-27 Receptor Subunit Alpha) ELISA Kit
Mouse IL27RA (Interleukin-27 Receptor Subunit Alpha) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (IL27RA) Interleukin-27 Receptor Subunit Alpha ELISA Kit measures Interleukin-27 Receptor Subunit Alpha in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse IL27RA antibody. IL27RA present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse IL27RA Antibody is added and binds to IL27RA in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL27RA antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse IL27RA. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Receptor for IL27. Requires IL6ST/gp130 to mediate signal transduction in response to IL27. This signaling system acts through STAT3 and STAT1. Involved in the regulation of Th1-type immune responses. Also appears to be involved in innate defense mechanisms. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
