Mouse INTS10 (Integrator Complex Subunit 10) ELISA Kit

Mouse INTS10 (Integrator Complex Subunit 10) ELISA Kit

The Mouse (INTS10) Integrator Complex Subunit 10 ELISA Kit measures Integrator complex subunit 10 in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse INTS10 antibody. INTS10 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse INTS10 Antibody is added and binds to INTS10 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated INTS10 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse INTS10. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background Component of the Integrator (INT) complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. The Integrator complex is associated with the C-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II largest subunit (POLR2A) and is recruited to the U1 and U2 snRNAs genes. May be not involved in the recruitment of cytoplasmic dynein to the nuclear envelope by different components of the INT complex. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
