Mouse WNT2B (Protein Wnt-2B) ELISA Kit
Mouse WNT2B (Protein Wnt-2B) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (WNT2B) Protein Wnt-2B ELISA Kit measures Protein Wnt-2b in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse WNT2B antibody. WNT2B present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse WNT2B Antibody is added and binds to WNT2B in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated WNT2B antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse WNT2B. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Protein Wnt-2b (formerly Wnt13) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT2B gene. This gene encodes a member of the wingless-type MMTV integration site (WNT) family of highly conserved, secreted signaling factors. WNT family members function in a variety of developmental processes including regulation of cell growth and differentiation and are characterized by a WNT-core domain. This gene may play a role in human development as well as human carcinogenesis. This gene produces two alternative transcript variants. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
