Mouse WNT3A (Protein Wnt-3A) ELISA Kit
Mouse WNT3A (Protein Wnt-3A) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (WNT3A) Protein Wnt-3A ELISA Kit measures Protein Wnt-3A in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse WNT3A antibody. WNT3A present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse WNT3A Antibody is added and binds to WNT3A in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated WNT3A antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse WNT3A. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors (Probable). Functions in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway that results in activation of transcription factors of the TCF/LEF family (PubMed: 26902720). Required for normal embryonic mesoderm development and formation of caudal somites (PubMed: 8299937). Required for normal morphogenesis of the developing neural tube (PubMed: 8299937). Mediates self-renewal of the stem cells at the bottom on intestinal crypts (in vitro) (PubMed: 26902720). Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
