Mouse WNT5B (Protein Wnt-5B) ELISA Kit
Mouse WNT5B (Protein Wnt-5B) ELISA Kit
The Mouse (WNT5B) Protein Wnt-5B ELISA Kit measures Protein Wnt-5b in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse WNT5B antibody. WNT5B present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse WNT5B Antibody is added and binds to WNT5B in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated WNT5B antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse WNT5B. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Protein Wnt-5b is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT5B gene. The WNT gene family consists of structurally-related genes that encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It encodes a protein showing 94% and 80% amino acid identity to the mouse Wnt5b protein and the human WNT5A protein, respectively. Alternative splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants. Source: UniProt Consortium (2025)
