Porcine PAG1 (Pregnancy Associated Glycoprotein 1) ELISA Kit
Porcine PAG1 (Pregnancy Associated Glycoprotein 1) ELISA Kit
The Porcine (PAG1) Pregnancy Associated Glycoprotein 1 ELISA Kit measures Pregnancy associated glycoprotein 1 in Porcine samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Porcine PAG1 antibody. PAG1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Porcine PAG1 Antibody is added and binds to PAG1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PAG1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Porcine PAG1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Background
Phosphoprotein associated with glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PAG1 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a type III transmembrane adaptor protein that binds to the tyrosine kinase csk protein. It is thought to be involved in the regulation of T cell activation.
